About Topeka Rents.com

After 20 years of owning a home, Topeka Rents' founder found herself in the position of having to rent a home, and discovered there was no one central location to find rental properties in Topeka. An exhaustive search of the Internet and local newspaper yielded very little results. Every property management company had their own separate website, and they were hard to find in Google.

Everyone is familiar with the large apartment complexes; we drive by them everyday. But what about the Landlords who own 1, 3, even 20 properties? How do you find those homes? Wouldn't it be nice to be able to go to ONE website and find every home available to rent in the greater Topeka metropolitan area? Thus... Topeka Rents was conceived!

Advertising is expensive, which is probably why most Landlords only stick a For Rent sign in the front yard. Very few advertise in the newspaper. Wouldn't it be nice to list your home once and have someone else advertise for you? Then you are at the right place... Topeka Rents!
